Justin Smola

Co-Author a Lead Developer of "Essentials of Firefighting" (Seventh Edition)

Justin Smola is the electronic products manager for Fire Protection Publications at Oklahoma State University. He began his career at Fire Protection Publications in 2007 after graduating Oklahoma State University with a degree in management information systems. He was part of the team who created ResourceOne, a popular learning management system for the fire service, which now has over 140,000 users. He has collaborated on the development of several apps, some of which have peaked in the top 20 educational apps on the App Store. He and his beautiful wife, Krystal, have been married for 12 years and have two wonderful boys. Justin is a lifelong fan of the Seattle Seahawks, OSU and US Soccer.
