Allison Lang is a passionate 22-year-old from Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is an Oklahoma State University student majoring in Wildlife Biology and Pre Veterinary Medicine. She loves to help animals and is planning on continuing her education in graduate school this year.

When she's not studying or working, she enjoys writing short stories and hanging out with her sorority sisters. “Sorry Mort! You're Just Too Short” was her first published book and she is embracing the joy of being a published author.

Allison plans on writing many more books in the future, including a novel. She loves to donate her time at animal shelters and sanctuaries when she's free. She also loves reading to children and helping them learn important life lessons at a young age so that they can be more successful in the future.

“Sorry Mort! You're Just Too Short” is a story of a young boy named Mort who is determined to prove to everyone that he is perfect in his own way. Although Mort is not very good at some things, he is motivated by his dad to find something he is good at. Despite his height, Mort realizes that if you work hard enough you can be good at anything.
