OSU Library Honors 61 at Celebrating Books by OSU Authors

On March 4, the OSU Library honored 61 OSU staff, faculty and students at the 14th annual Celebrating Books by OSU Authors. The event featured lunch reception with displays of the authors’ recent works.

Celebrating Books by OSU Authors highlights the accomplishment of those who have published a major creative work such as a book, musical composition, art exhibit, catalog or audio recording in the past two years.

“OSU attracts diverse talent from all over the world because we are champions for creativity and research,” said Madeline Duffy, Communication Services GRA for the OSU Library and coordinator for Celebrating Books. “Celebrating Books by OSU Authors gives us the opportunity to honor and thank our faculty, staff and students for sharing those talents with our community.”

A large majority of the works that were honored have been added to the Library’s collection and are available to check out. This year’s honorees included
