Hui-Fen Chang Named Veterinary Medicine Librarian

Hui-Fen Chang has recently been selected as the new Veterinary Medicine Librarian. Chang officially begin her role with the branch libraries on July 1.

Chang is a full professor who has most recently held the position of Liaison Initiatives Librarian in Research and Learning Services unit at the OSU Libraries. She has been with that division since May 2008, and prior to that, she was employed by the library system at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Chang has earned master’s degrees in Library and Information Studies, English, and Linguistics from the University of Wisconsin, and she is currently working on her doctorate in Library and Information Management at Emporia State University, where she also serves as an adjunct faculty member teaching courses on metadata.
